In a previous post we mentioned how honored Trout Headwaters was to be invited to participate in the recent National Conversation on Integrated Water Information for the 21st Century in Washington D.C. We explained that conference was sponsored by the U.S. Water Partnership and brought together hundreds of government, non-profit, and private industry representatives to explore ways public-private partnerships could deliver more robust and integrated water-related data, information, and prediction services to help communities and businesses manage risk, build resilience, and plan for the future.
One theme that emerged from the conference was “the need for entities to develop simple water data tools focused on meeting users' needs as well as providing decision makers with actionable information”.
