So, Let’s run a quick ‘real-world’ example of how EcoBlu Analyst can be used - to give you a glimpse into the simplicity and power of this wholly mobile data platform.  For this example – let’s look at how we would use EcoBlu Analyst to determine whether there are any Pending Mitigation Projects coming online in the Norfolk District and whether the project is an ILF (In-Lieu Fee Project).  Of course you could do this for any district or area, but we’ll use Norfolk for this example.
